I was in a baking mood this weekend and wanted something that wouldnt totally kill my nutrition. These are very tasty little meringues and the best part--each one has only 26 calories and 1 gram of fat!
Filling my makeshift pastry bags. I used mini chocolate chips in half and Andes mints chips in the other half.
Ready for the oven.
And the trick to staying thin: give most of them away! Packaged for delivery...I have lucky neighbors.
